Role Overview: You will be joining the product chapter as a Product Owner for Credit Analytics on CIB Credit Transformation program. Your main focus will be on the Credit Analytics workstream which is a crucial part of the Credit Transformation agenda. The team consists of individuals with diverse skill sets across coverage, risk, product management, and technology. Your role will involve collaborating with frontline and Credit SMEs to find Analytics-driven solutions to business problems. The Credit Analytics workstream aims to leverage data ingestion, data engineering, and visual analytics to deliver products that drive better business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the product manager, BAs, and SMEs to take new ideas from the pipeline, develop POC solutions, and transition them to production-ready solutions. - Take ownership of the Credit Analytics platform and actively participate in ideating, developing, evaluating, and deploying Analytics solutions to a live serving environment. - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate, build, implement, and evolve advanced analytics products. - Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques, leading to solutions that drive business outcomes such as reduced TAT, improved credit process efficiencies, and better visibility of client profiles. - Collaborate with UX team and product managers to convert analytics results into actionable insights and outcomes. - Identify alternate data sources, experiment with data, and present meaningful insights. - Develop and implement processes for technical and functional performance monitoring, user feedback-driven improvements, and present proposals and results effectively. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate/PG/PHD - Experience: Minimum 8 years of work experience - Training/Certification: Advance analytics (good to have), Statistical modelling (good to have) Additional Details: Standard Chartered is an international bank focused on making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
