About the role
Your Capabilities and Credentials Acumen related to project delivery innovations in IPD, APD, Modular approaches and related advancements. Demonstrated design and planning acumen and leadership on major projects Experience in major Healthcare projects highly preferred. Ability to lead project teams across a range of project types and scales with proven ability to balance a book of business in this regard Technical understanding of Architecture for health facilities, with direct design experience in functional programming, site selection, core and shell, fit out and/or interior design. Experience with strategic pre-positioning for pursuits inclusive of engagement strategies, responding to Expression of Interests, Statements of Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, formal interviews, and professional fee and contract negotiations Strong business development skills, including significant experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with a client base—a seller-doer capable of generating work and creating long-term relationships and delivering long-term value to clients for Stantec An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges of a consulting-services provider Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and team engagement talent Knowledge of market assessment techniques and insights along with ability to create aspirational and achievable business plans Education and Experience Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent required. Licensed and credentialed Architect is required 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry preferred. Bilingual in English and French required LEED AP Credential preferred. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
