As an Actuarial personnel with expertise in Prophet Modelling, your role will involve supporting actuarial valuation, IFRS reporting, business planning, and shareholder reporting by developing, maintaining, and enhancing actuarial models. You will closely coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective model performance and alignment with reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and establish Prophet models for new products, including detailed documentation and parallel Excel models - Maintain and enhance existing Prophet models, utilizing regression-based modelling and robust version control - Improve usability and efficiency of models for Valuation team, Business planning team, and Shareholder reporting team - Update models in accordance with Ind AS (IFRS) reporting requirements - Optimize model performance by enhancing speed and structure - Support model reviews and validations by internal audit teams and external reviewers - Implement enhancements and updates based on changing business requirements - Ensure proper model governance and documentation standards Skills & Competencies Required: - Proficiency in Prophet Modelling - Hands-on experience in DCS, R, MS Office - Knowledge of complex modelling techniques like loops, t-dependent variable, arrays, etc. preferred - Familiarity with Ind AS (IFRS) preferred - Strong communication skills Experience Required: - Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Actuarial modelling within a Life Insurance Company Qualification Required: - Completion of 5 to 8 Actuarial Papers This summary highlights the key aspects of the role, responsibilities, required skills, experience, and qualifications for the Actuarial personnel position with expertise in Prophet Modelling.
