Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: WISCONSIN
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Phone based technical support
Active Directory Tools,
Desktop Management (LANDesk, SCCM, etc.)
Experience packaging applications into MSI format using Flexera AdminStudio, Wise Package Studio, Installshield or similar product.
Experience with compatibility testing of MSI packages including identifying and resolving conflicts with other MSI packages.
General understanding of LANDesk (for patch management, software deployment, inventory management and remote control)
LANDesk Support, Implementation and Administration
Mobile Device Management (iPad , Android smartphone)
Remote desktop support tools (RDP, SCCM, etc.)
Scripting Tools - Vbscript, Winbatch, DOS Batch
Powershell
