Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of Time Management (Positive Time Mandatory). Experience in - Experience in SAP Time Management Positive & Negative Experience in Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Substitutions, Absence Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules. Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation. Experience in SAP HCM Payroll module. Experience in SAP US Payroll is an advantage. Willing to work US Hours Shift Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off or Workforce Software is an advantage. Knowledge of AMS delivery models (ITIL, incident lifecycle management). SAP certification in HCM Time Management is a plus.
