The role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment. Eligibility Criteria Requirement 1: Band 4: Freshers (Pass out 2025) (Mandatory) Requirement 2 : Band 5: 6 Months 1 Year IT experience (Pass out 2025/2025) Education: BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science) from reputed institutes Skills Required Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written) Strong analytical & logical thinking Basic IT / Technical support knowledge Positive attitude & willingness to learn Ability to understand business processes Work Details 5 Days working (Rotational Week-offs) 24x7 Shift Environment (including night shifts) Shadow Training: 4 Weeks from DOJ Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written) Strong analytical & logical thinking Basic IT / Technical support knowledge Positive attitude & willingness to learn Ability to understand business processes .
