The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Workday Extend applications , developing REST/SOAP APIs , and integrating Workday with enterprise systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend . Develop, consume, and maintain REST and SOAP Web Services for Workday integrations. Build scalable solutions using Workday Extend to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services . Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Architects to understand business requirements. Create reusable APIs and integration components. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Extend applications and integrations. Monitor application performance and recommend improvements. Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment documentation. Follow Workday development standards and best practices. Support production issues and Workday releases. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development . Minimum 2+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience. Strong experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs . Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. Experience in Workday HCM or Financials integrations. Excellent understanding of Workday security and reporting. Experience with end-to-end implementation and production support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
