About the role
Business Analyst (Tacton CPQ) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Tacton CPQ or similar CPQ platforms to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze requirements, define business processes, and support the implementation of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify problems, opportunities, and technology solutions. Work on Tacton CPQ or similar CPQ platforms to support Configuration, Pricing, and Quotation processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical design documents. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. Support Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users for sign-off. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Work closely with cross-functional teams across global locations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Use Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for project tracking and documentation. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills 34+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with Tacton CPQ or similar CPQ solutions. Strong understanding of Configuration, Pricing, and Quotation (CPQ) processes. Experience in Business Requirement Gathering, Process Analysis, and Documentation. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Product Management. Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and UAT. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners. Preferred Skills Experience in the Healthcare domain . Exposure to one or more CPQ platforms: Tacton CPQ Oracle CPQ Cloud Salesforce Quote-to-Cash (CPQ) Apttus CPQ
