Fullstack Developer

Job Title: Fullstack Developer (3-5 years) Organization: Siemens Technology & Services Pvt. Ltd. Mode of Employment: Permanent Job Location: Chennai What do I need to qualify for this job? Education Qualification: B.E. / M.Sc. / MCA / B. Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology 3 to 5 years of IT software development experience, with at least 2 recent years in the design & development of (AWS) cloud native applications using Go & Angular v15+ programming languages What do I bring? - Should have - Capability and willingness to convert the customer requirements to working software using an object-oriented approach and thoroughly test them before delivery - Hands-on experience in AWS Lambda, Dynamo DB, API development, Terraform - Will & potential to learn to contribute using other tech stacks like AWS QuickSight, C#, Python or similar - Hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Typescript - Experience in test automation (viz. unit, integration & contract tests) - Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and spoken - Good hands-on experience on tools, like VS Code or similar - Strong commitment to deliver quality and engineering excellence, with holistic ownership - Desirable to have - On the job experience in GitLab/GitHub Continuous Integration & Docker - Hands-on experience on tools like GIT, SonarQube - Hands on experience in translation (i18n), accessibility (a11y) - On the job experience in GitLab/GitHub Continuous Integration & Docker - Hands-on experience on tools, like GIT, SonarQube - Working experience in agile software development (daily scrum, pair sessions, sprint planning, retro & review, clean code and self-organized), configuration, testing and release management - Working experience in test driven development, test first development, code refactoring and Profiling - International experience and communication, including a collaboration in virtual international teams - Certification on Go & AWS technologies What are my responsibilities? - You take a challenging role in the development of a cloud-based offering with an easy-to-use interface that monitors, analyzes, and helps to optimize energy utilization of the buildings & campuses via multi-site performance dashboards visualizing historical and near real-time series data for energy consumption, costs, and emissions values - For your task, you need to technically cooperate in the software implementation of complex software systems within a self-organizing, cross-functional international development team - Together with the Scrum team, do regular estimation, planning and implementation of software components within modern, agile software development methods by evaluating, selecting and clearing the appropriate software components and technologies for the efficient implementation of the requirements - adhering to the committed quality, content and timeline - Participation in integration of the implemented modules and in integration testing, with the aim of test automation to ensure the functionality of the individual software modules in the overall system; also, participation in Configuration Management with the aim of "Continuous Deployment" is one of your tasks - Document the development results (software and design) to ensure sustainable extensibility and maintainability - Process-compliant handling and use of the Siemens product development process and support to project team members as well as participation in the continuous process improvement around your area of responsibility Restricted Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
