About the role
Strong experience in Network Operations (NOC). Hands-on knowledge of Routing and Switching concepts and technologies. Experience with Firewall administration and troubleshooting. Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, NAT, VPNs, and DNS. Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar. Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills at the L2 support level. Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. .
