We are hiring for International voice process(Technical Support) Please find the JD below: Qualification: Under-grad/Graduate/Post graduate Experience : 1-6yrs( 6 Months exp in International voice process mandatory) Notice period : Immediate Work location: Manikonda, Hyderabad Working days: 5 Days Work & 2 Days Off Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week off Cab facility: 1 way cab provided Roles & Responsibilities: *Provide technical support (troubleshooting Network/Printer related issues ) *Address customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and trust. *Need to collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns, maintain positive client relationship and reducing churn.
