Please find the JD below: Qualification: Under-grad/Graduate/Post graduate Experience : 1-6yrs( 1yr exp in International voice process mandatory) Notice period : Immediate Work location: Manikonda, Hyderabad Working days: 5 Days Work & 2 Days Off Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week off Cab facility: 1 way cab provided Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support (troubleshooting) - Need to have advanced skills in troubleshooting printer issues and network issues. - Address customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and trust. - Need to collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns, maintain positive client relationship and reducing churn.
