Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. Respond to customer and merchant queries via phone, email, and chat within SLA timelines. Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to internal support teams and track them through resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant concerns promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities and issue resolutions. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality. Build strong merchant relationships through exceptional technical support. Required Technical Skills Networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routers & Switches Hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues Experience diagnosing and resolving printer and peripheral device issues Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
