Lead AI/ML/NLP Engineer

Were looking for an anchor resource with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP, capable of leading teams and engaging directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead AI/ML/NLP project delivery for global clients Manage production-grade AI systems and resolve live issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, DevOps, and Product) Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Participate in client discussions and solution architecture Required Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/NLP development and deployment Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and NLP frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, LLM tuning, etc) Proven track record of delivering production AI/ML systems Experience in client engagement and technical leadership Location: Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad
