Experience: 6+ Years Mode: Contract / Permanent (as per client need) We are looking for a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with strong experience in HCM integrations to join our team for an exciting opportunity. Roles & Responsibilities Design, build, and configure OIC integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems. Work independently as an Individual Contributor delivering high-quality integration solutions. Handle inbound and outbound integrations using OIC. Support and troubleshoot OIC-related issues to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions. Stay updated with Oracle OIC & HCM Cloud enhancements to recommend best practices. Skills & Requirements Must Have: 6+ years of experience in Oracle OIC. Strong expertise in OIC integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in building OIC (VBCS/PCS) integrations. Hands-on with inbound & outbound integrations. Good to Have: Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader). Exposure to third-party integrations with HCM.
