Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions across: o SharePoint Online (SPFx, customization, intranet solutions) o Microsoft Teams (app development, integrations, bots) o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) o Copilot/Agents, Microsoft Foundry ? Manage and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including: o Requirement gathering o Solution architecture o Development and deployment o Post-go-live support ? Drive migration initiatives: o SharePoint (on-prem to Online) o Microsoft Teams and M365 workloads o Content and data migration strategies and tools ? Lead development of AI-powered solutions and agents: o Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and intelligent automation solutions o Integration with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams ? Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards across M365 platforms ? Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions ? Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization Required Skills & Experience ? 10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies ? Strong hands-on experience with: o SharePoint Online & SPFx development o Microsoft Teams app development o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) o Microsoft Graph API and integrations o Microsoft Foundry, and Copilot Studio ? Proven experience in leading and delivering enterprise-scale projects ? Strong experience with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.) ? Experience in Agent / Copilot / chatbot development ? Deep understanding of: o Microsoft 365 architecture and services o Security, compliance, and governance frameworks o Experience with Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI / AI integrations ? Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, AD, etc.) is a plus Leadership & Soft Skills ? Strong team leadership and people management skills ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management ? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good to Have: ? Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, PL-600, PL-900, etc.)
