Technical Manager

Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions across: SharePoint Online (SPFx, customization, intranet solutions) Microsoft Teams (app development, integrations, bots) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Copilot/Agents, Microsoft Foundry Manage and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including: Requirement gathering Solution architecture Development and deployment Post-go-live support Drive migration initiatives: SharePoint (on-prem to Online) Microsoft Teams and M365 workloads Content and data migration strategies and tools Lead development of AI-powered solutions and agents: Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and intelligent automation solutions Integration with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards across M365 platforms Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies Strong hands-on experience with: SharePoint Online & SPFx development Microsoft Teams app development Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft Graph API and integrations Microsoft Foundry, and Copilot Studio Proven experience in leading and delivering enterprise-scale projects Strong experience with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.) Experience in Agent / Copilot / chatbot development Deep understanding of: Microsoft 365 architecture and services Security, compliance, and governance frameworks Experience with Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI / AI integrations Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, AD, etc.) is a plus Leadership & Soft Skills Strong team leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good to Have: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, PL-600, PL-900, etc.)
