As a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst, your role at SysTechCare Support will involve analyzing large volumes of data to uncover actionable insights, develop dashboards, and support business decisions across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. - Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI. - Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. - Monitor KPIs and track the performance of business functions using analytical models. - Present data findings and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable format to leadership. - Assist in developing predictive models and forecasting tools where applicable. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and finance. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. - Proficiency in SQL ability to write and optimize complex queries. - Advanced MS Excel skills pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, macros. - Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Attention to detail with a passion for working with data. Experience: - 13 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytics role. - Freshers with strong academic knowledge and practical project exposure in SQL, Excel, and Power BI are also encouraged to apply. Working Hours: - Full-Time, Monday to Friday - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST) - Occasional flexibility may be required for project deadlines. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and relational databases. - Understanding of business processes in domains such as sales, finance, operations, or marketing. - Knowledge of statistical analysis or basic machine learning concepts is a plus. - Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. - Strong time management and organizational skills.
