As a Healthcare Data Analyst at SysTechCare Support, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across patient care, hospital operations, clinical performance, and cost optimization. Collaborating with doctors, hospital administrators, and technology teams, you will support a data-driven culture within the healthcare environment. - Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from EMRs, HIS systems, lab reports, patient billing, and other healthcare data sources. - Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track KPIs including patient outcomes, treatment costs, hospital readmissions, etc. - Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for quality improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, finance, operations) to deliver data insights that support operational efficiency and patient care. - Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports in compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations. - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms and reporting systems. - Assist with the integration and automation of data pipelines from multiple hospital systems and third-party vendors. - Support quality assurance initiatives including NABH/JCI audits and clinical benchmarking. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related discipline. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation from healthcare databases. - Strong experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (PivotTables, Charts, Power Query). - Knowledge of hospital operations and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, Meditech). - Understanding of healthcare KPIs, medical terminologies, and clinical data structures. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. - Good communication and presentation skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
