Job SummarySysTechCare Support is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data to uncover actionable insights, develop dashboards, and support business decisions across departments. This is a full-time office-based position offering significant career growth in analytics. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Monitor KPIs and track the performance of business functions using analytical models. Present data findings and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable format to leadership. Assist in developing predictive models and forecasting tools where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and finance. Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Proficiency in SQL ability to write and optimize complex queries. Advanced MS Excel skills pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, macros. Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Attention to detail with a passion for working with data. Experience13 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytics role. Freshers with strong academic knowledge and practical project exposure in SQL, Excel, and Power BI are also encouraged to apply. Working HoursFull-Time, Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST) Occasional flexibility may be required for project deadlines. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesFamiliarity with data warehouse concepts and relational databases. Understanding of business processes in domains such as sales, finance, operations, or marketing. Knowledge of statistical analysis or basic machine learning concepts is a plus. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
