Bim Coordinator

Role & responsibilities Coordinate multidisciplinary Building Design projects from concept through construction documentation. Lead BIM coordination activities across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. Review and coordinate Revit models to ensure quality and compliance with project standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients. Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and workflow strategies. Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and delivery timelines. Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and design coordination meetings. Mentor and support BIM modelers and design engineers. Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and construction documentation. Ensure compliance with US and European building codes and BIM standards. Support Scan-to-BIM workflows and digital engineering initiatives. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and BIM best practices.
