ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit Architecture models at varying Levels of Development (LOD) as per project requirements.

Model and document architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, finishes, facades, and curtain wall systems.

Create detailed sheets, elevations, sections, and schedules directly from Revit.

Ensure speed, accuracy, and quality in all modeling and documentation deliverables.

Maintain compliance with project BIM standards, templates, and family libraries.

Work on a variety of building types including Residential, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Medical, and Data Centres.

Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure spatial and service integration.

Participate in clash detection and issue resolution using Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools.
