Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic) The skills we need:

• • Computer Literacy

• • Strong Attention to Detail

• • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• • Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• • Data interpretation and presentation.

• • Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues.

• Key responsibilities:

• • Assist in analysing operational and engineering data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• • Support the design, testing, implementation, and optimisation of engineering systems, automation solutions, and process improvements.

• • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying problem-solving and analytical thinking to real operational challenges.

• • Assist with project coordination and execution, including planning, tracking progress, and reporting on deliverables.

• • Support preventative maintenance, system monitoring, and performance evaluation of equipment, processes, and infrastructure.

• • Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders and management.
