About the role
We are hiring for a Java Developer role for our client, a technology company. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications and backend services Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams across the delivery lifecycle Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap discussions Required Skills Core Java Java 8+ features (streams, lambdas, functional interfaces) Spring Boot Spring MVC RESTful API design Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Microservices architecture and design patterns Git CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) Good to Have AWS / Azure cloud platforms Docker and Kubernetes Kafka or RabbitMQ Agile/Scrum delivery About the Opportunity This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth prospects.
