NLP Engineer

We are hiring for a NLP Engineer role for our client, an AI technology company. Key Responsibilities : Design and build NLP models for text classification, extraction, and generation Fine-tune transformer-based models (BERT, GPT) for domain-specific tasks Build text preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy NLP models into production Required Skills : Strong programming skills in Python Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers) Understanding of transformer architectures and embeddings Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have : Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering Knowledge of information retrieval systems Exposure to multilingual NLP
