SAP B1 Implementation Engineer

About the Company Escon Gensets Pvt Ltd is a manufacturing company specializing in diesel generator sets, acoustic enclosures, and engineering solutions. The company is undertaking SAP Business One implementation initiatives to strengthen business processes across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, finance, and operations. Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, optimization, and user adoption of SAP Business One across business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP B1 implementation projects and a strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, procurement, supply chain, and finance processes. Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects Gather business requirements and map them to SAP B1 functionalities Configure SAP B1 modules based on business requirements Support master data creation, migration, and validation Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing Train end users and provide post-go-live support Coordinate with business teams, consultants, and implementation partners Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements Support integration with other business applications where required Required Skills 3-8 years of experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) Hands-on experience in SAP B1 implementation and support Experience in manufacturing, inventory, procurement, or finance processes Knowledge of master data management and migration activities Experience in user training and post-implementation support Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills SAP Business One certification Experience in manufacturing organizations Exposure to SQL queries and reporting tools Experience with third-party integrations and add-ons .
