As an IT End User Support and IT Administrator at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, managing IT administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your role will involve a combination of end user support and IT administration duties to enhance the overall efficiency of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first level support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end users, including login problems, connectivity issues, application errors, and general tech support. - Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees. - Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system. - Assist in conducting user training sessions and creating documentation for common IT issues and procedures. - Track, verify, and process IT-related invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping. - Coordinate with IT vendors for product and service delivery, warranties, renewals, and maintenance agreements. - Maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Assist with budget tracking and reporting for IT expenditures, keeping management informed of budget utilization. - Monitor and manage renewals for software licenses, subscriptions, and maintenance contracts. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma in Engineering, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration or a similar role. Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate for this role will have proficiency in managing Windows operating systems, Mac OS (iOS), basic knowledge of network, security, firewall management, and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Azure is desirable. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and familiarity with IT ticketing systems and basic ITIL practices would be advantageous for this position.
