UI/UX Developer

As a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer, you will be joining our team to enhance user experiences through user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing intuitive interfaces for applications on Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms, focusing on automating sales field funnel management, field governance, payout management, training, and retail management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to make informed design decisions. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards across all applications. - Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Staying updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies. - Providing support and guidance on UI/UX best practices to other team members. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing on Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and methodologies. - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. - Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and relevant project experience. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
