DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proficient in using EVA ERP software for generating quotations and releasing production orders after validating Bills of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates. Perform wind load calculations in accordance with IS 875 Part 3, including design pressure calculations, moment of inertia analysis, and structural design calculations. Prepare technical and CTQ (Critical to Quality) drawings using AutoCAD. Develop 3D assembly models and drawings using SolidWorks. Prepare technical catalogues, fabrication manuals, installation reports, and related engineering documentation. Create accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and comprehensive cutting lists to optimize material utilization and minimize waste. Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project quotations and achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality and performance.
