Senior Network Engineer (L2) - Juniper, Cisco & Wireless

As a Senior Network Engineer (L2) at our company, you will be a crucial member of the Level 2 Network Engineering team responsible for maintaining the availability, performance, and security of the enterprise network infrastructure across multiple global locations. Your role will involve direct interaction with international clients, requiring strong communication skills and technical expertise in Juniper and Cisco technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and support network architecture for multi-tenant enterprise environments. - Manage the lifecycle of network solutions including design, implementation, and operational support. - Build scalable, reliable, secure, and efficient networking solutions. - Monitor network performance, identify optimization opportunities, and troubleshoot complex incidents. - Support and maintain routing, switching, wireless, and security infrastructure. - Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients, participate in regular on-call rotations. - Collaborate with project teams on network implementation and migration activities. - Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles. - Communicate directly with global customers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer (Level 2). - Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching and wireless troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with Juniper networking devices and Cisco technologies. - Experience supporting enterprise-level or service provider networks. - Strong understanding of network protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, TCP/IP. - Experience with DNS, IPSEC, TLS, and network security concepts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - CCNP Certification is mandatory. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Juniper Mist, Cisco WLC, Ruckus Wireless solutions, and Fortinet technologies. - Knowledge of network automation using Python, Bash, or Perl. - Understanding of PKI and authentication mechanisms. - Experience managing enterprise wireless environments.
