We are seeking a highly skilled Server Engineer with strong Azure experience to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing our on-premise and cloud-based (Azure) server environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Configure and manage services in Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, etc.). Manage server patching, performance tuning, and routine maintenance tasks. Implement and support backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup, ASR, or other tools. Maintain infrastructure documentation, change management, and asset tracking. Collaborate with security and network teams to maintain compliance and security standards. Support Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services. Provide L3/L4 support for infrastructure-related incidents and escalations. Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migration projects. Work with vendors and other teams for issue resolution and implementation support. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in server administration and infrastructure support. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services. Expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and related services. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Strong understanding of networking concepts (l, etc.). Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MCSA, MCSE) Experience in hybrid cloud environments (on-prem + Azure) Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, PRTG, SCOM) Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment We are seeking a highly skilled Server Engineer with strong Azure experience to join our Infrastructure team.
