About the role
Location: Must be based in Delhi (or willing to relocate immediately) and able to work on-site in a Hybrid Model - 2 days work from office Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Network Security Engineer, Information Security Analyst, or similar role managing complex IT infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Next-Gen Firewalls (e.g., Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching) and VPN architectures (IPsec, SSL). Experience with SIEM tools, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and network monitoring solutions. Architecture & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain highly secure network architectures. Threat Monitoring & Incident Response: Continuously monitor networks for vulnerabilities, active threats, and potential breaches. Lead incident response efforts, conducting thorough root cause analysis and rapid remediation Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Ensure KnowDis remains compliant with industry standards, data protection laws, and security best practicesPartner closely with internal IT, engineering, and data science teams to harden systems, enforce strict access controls (Zero Trust), and continuously elevate the company's overall security postureSecurity Leadership: Act as the primary custodian of IT security.
