In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Hands-on experience of 2-4 years with the full MERN stack, including MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS (with Hooks), and familiarity with Redux/Redux Toolkit for state management. - Previous experience in building RESTful APIs and working with JSON data. - Comfort with version control systems like Git and understanding of CI/CD workflows and Agile development practices. - Knowledge of MongoDB aggregation pipelines, indexing techniques, and performance tuning. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors such as SASS/LESS, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
