UI Lead - HTML/CSS/React.js

UI Lead expectations & Experience : 1. Must be very strong in technical skills. 2. Must have hand on experience on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. (Knowing React is added advantage) 3. Should know responsive design and UI animations. 4. Experience with design systems and reusable UI components. 5. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). 6. Knowledge in Git 7. Experience working with Figma to review and implement designs. 8. Should help developers with coding challenges and guide them to follow best practices. 9. Should able to do code review and find issues ahead. 10. Teach and mentor the team to improve their skills. 11. Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams. 12.
