UI Lead

As a UI Lead, you will be responsible for the following: - Must be very strong in technical skills. - Must have hands-on experience on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowing React is an added advantage. - Should be knowledgeable about responsive design and UI animations. - Experience with design systems and reusable UI components. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). - Knowledge in Git. - Experience working with Figma to review and implement designs. - Should help developers with coding challenges and guide them to follow best practices. - Should be able to do code review and find issues ahead. - Teach and mentor the team to improve their skills. - Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams. - Must know how to solve performance issues like CLS and LCP. - Must know debugging.
