About the role
Role & responsibilities Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and apply methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve throughput. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all manufactured goods meet industry standards and safety guidelines while establishing strict quality control protocols. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery to prevent downtime and extend operational life. Operator Training & Supervision: Train production line workers on new equipment, updated procedures, and proper safety protocols. Cost Analysis: Monitor production costs, optimize resource allocation, and assist in drafting budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to launch new products or improve existing ones. Ensure Safety, Quality & Delivery Preferred candidate profile Preferably from Lithium Ion Battery Mfg. Company or EV Industry
