About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and implement robotic welding solutions for automotive production lines using Yaskawa technology. Troubleshoot issues with existing weld shop equipment and processes to improve efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime. Develop training programs for junior engineers on robot programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Job Requirements : 4-6 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of robot programming languages such as Yaskawa's DX1000 series. Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment or similar industry setting. Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing costs, or increasing quality through process improvements.
