Senior Consultant - SAP BASIS & BTP/BWZ

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS - HANA

 Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP/BWZ and SAP RISE, providing expert-level support across all BASIS functions.

 Skilled in researching SAP requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing guidance to team members.

 Knowledgeable in RISE service request processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Creating detailed technical documentation to support SAP project initiatives

 Coordinating and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.

 Leading meetings and driving productive discussions to achieve project outcomes

 Independently researching unfamiliar topics and identifying practical solutions

 Produces high‑quality, professional presentations in PowerPoint.

 Develops clear task lists and execution plans, incorporating input from cross‑functional teams.

 Actively engages in meetings, offering constructive feedback and contributing to meaningful conversations.

 Coordinating with offshore team to manage and deliver the assigned tasks

 Ensuring compliance to Client and TCS processes and mandatory training requirements

 Reporting project progress, risks and mitigation plans periodically

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
