Well versed in troubleshooting incidents,problem determination and resolution,performing root-cause analysis and preparing executive summary for management updates Well versed in apply fixes / patches and service packs as required Expertise in Autosys Scheduling tool is preferred and any Monitoring Tool (ITRS is added advantage) Experience Range: 5 to 15 Years
