About the role
Role & responsibilities Qualification-Any Graduate/Poly Diploma 3years Job Location-Patan/Ankleshwar Shifts- Rotational Exp-2+yrs Logged and Tracked request in the ticketing system for timely resolution. Provide solution on raised Tickets. Delivered Remote and on-site support to end users. Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Operating System. Support MS Office and Outlook. Handle user account setup, password resets, and access requests. Install, configure, and maintain hardware(Desktop/Laptop, printer/CCtv etc), software, and operating systems . Support Active Directory (user accounts, Group policies, password resets). Diagnose network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) etc. Perform routine checks on systems, network connectivity, and critical applications. Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity. Assist users with login issues, email access, and application errors.
