WERE HIRING | Global Service Desk Analyst L2 Gurugram | Work from Office 5+ Years Experience | 24x7 Rotational Shifts Immediate Only (Male Candidates Only) Looking for an experienced L2 Service Desk professional with strong hands-on experience in: Windows 10/11 & Microsoft 365 Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) Outlook, Exchange Online & Teams VPN & Remote Desktop Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP MFA & End-User Support ServiceNow / BMC Remedy / Jira / ManageEngine ITIL & SLA Management Good to have: Intune/SCCM, PowerShell, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation If you have 5+ years of global service desk experience and are open to working from office in Gurugram , we’d love to hear from you!
