• Subject: This Delivery Manager position is for a large India based Customer. Associate will have to operate from Mumbai. Urgent: M&M DP replacement CRM 481578.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management*: Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals.

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead planning and implementation of project delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

• Team Management: Coordinate project teams, manage resources, and ensure effective execution of project plans.

• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

• Performance Management: Monitor and manage performance of delivery staff, providing coaching and feedback to promote professional growth and operational efficiency.

• Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to optimize budgets, forecasting, and P&L ownership.

• Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, frameworks, and best practices

• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills and customer management skills

• Proven track record of managing multi site operations and scaling high performance teams

• Strong analytical, financial, and execution discipline

• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams
