• Critical Experiences and Skills

• · Bachelor‿s or master‿s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field.

• · Strong experience in Workforce Identity & Access Management domains including Identity Management, Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance.

• · Hands on experience with technologies such as Azure AD, SAP GRC, CyberArk or equivalent platforms.

• · Experience leading global IAM/WIAM operations, service delivery functions or transformation initiatives.

• · Experience working in SAP environments including ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

• · Experience supporting large scale transformation programs and complex technology projects.

• · Strong understanding of security, compliance, audit and governance requirements.

• · Experience managing stakeholders, vendors and service providers in a global environment.

• · Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills.

• · Ability to work effectively in a global, complex and highly integrated business environment.
