We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing our platform and product offerings, ensuring a seamless user experience through effective design and functionality. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a keen eye for design, making it essential for candidates to demonstrate a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform and product solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Apply strong UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product offerings.

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in UI/UX design and development.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in front end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile first development.

• Ability to translate complex concepts into user friendly designs.

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• 7+ Years of experience in software development with a focus on UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design and development.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
