We are looking for an experienced UX Consultant to create intuitive, user centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and customers to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, information architecture, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. The UX Consultant will define interaction patterns, design flows, and collaborate with UI designers to ensure visually appealing and accessible interfaces that align with design system standards.

The role also involves facilitating design workshops, preparing UX documentation, creating personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and validating designs through user feedback and data driven insights. The candidate should collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement of the user experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, design systems, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience working with enterprise applications, product teams, and modern front end technologies such as React or Angular is highly desirable.
