We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team as a Data Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with a proven track record of utilizing Tableau to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Tableau.

• Optimize Tableau performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Provide training and support to end users on Tableau functionalities.

• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices.

• Document processes and maintain data governance standards.

• Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

• Strong experience in SQL for data manipulation and querying.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non technical stakeholders.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5 7 years of experience in data engineering or a related role with a focus on Tableau.

• Relevant certifications in Tableau or data analytics are a plus.
