About the role
As a Product Manager for Java-based products, you will be responsible for owning the product vision, roadmap, and delivery. You will translate business needs into PRDs, epics, and user stories to work closely with Java development teams in defining scalable and secure solutions. Prioritizing and managing product backlogs using Agile methodologies will be a key part of your role. You will also coordinate sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder reviews, while tracking product KPIs to continuously enhance product value. Supporting go-to-market and product launch activities and managing cross-functional global stakeholders will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of Product Management experience - Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and product documentation tools - Excellent communication and leadership skills Good to have skills and qualifications include exposure to global product environments, SaaS/B2B enterprise product exposure, and knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
