Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead at a leading German product-based multinational organization in Pune (Hybrid), your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and owning end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise applications. - Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. - Leading architecture reviews, governance frameworks, and best practices. - Collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and leadership. - Driving solutioning, effort estimation, technical proposals, and implementation roadmaps. - Defining integration strategies using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and SOAP services. - Guiding development teams on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and platform capabilities. - Establishing CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and deployment frameworks. - Ensuring solution scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. - Mentoring Salesforce developers, consultants, and technical leads. - Supporting innovation initiatives involving Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce ecosystem products. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12-18 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience as Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or CoE Lead. - Strong experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations. - Proven expertise in architecture governance and stakeholder management. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.
