Production Engineer

Role Overview: As a Production Engineer at Well-Known MNC, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing manufacturing operations in a high-speed film production environment. Your role will involve ensuring production targets, quality standards, process efficiency, and machine performance while maintaining safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Execute daily production plans and monitor shift-wise output. - Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer specifications. - Monitor process parameters and machine performance to achieve optimum productivity. - Reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime through process improvements. - Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth operations. - Handle troubleshooting of process-related issues and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards. - Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation. - Supervise shop-floor manpower and ensure effective utilization of resources. - Participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, Production, or related Engineering discipline. - Experience in BOPP, BOPET, CPP, Flexible Packaging, Plastic Film, Extrusion, or Process Manufacturing industries preferred.
