JOB DESCRIPTION: Plan, organize and coordinate functional and technical test plans for all phases of testing including development, QA/QC, and production with process owners Utilize best practice methodology to conduct QA/QC, regression and performance testing Identify and document defects, errors, bugs and requirement discrepancies. Prepare test progress and status reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to test complex integrations with internal applications and third-party cloud solutions. Manage and monitor system issues and collaborate with team members to successfully resolve these issues Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure that developed functionality meets requirements through testing and validation Verify and validate test results by running reports and utilizing querying tools Adhere to software quality control processes, procedures and standards Adhere to the schedule and test plan Identify and manage risks to testing efforts and determine the appropriate mitigation strategies. Escalates risks and issues when appropriate to process owner and project manager EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: The following are desirable experience and expertise for the Lead Tester Bachelor's degree required Background in QA/QC, business analysis, data analysis, or software development A minimum Of 5 year experience Of QA/QC testing in for first tier ERP System Experience in Infor Cloudsuite is desired. Direct experience in designing, planning, and executing system testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of the system development life cycle, including: Developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes Establishing test objectives, approaches, and pass/fail criteria in well-defined test plans Identifying, tracking, reporting, and verifying defects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and emphasis on quality Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and organizational stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills IF INTERESTED PLEASE EMAIL YOUR RESUME TO hr@techtu.com
